How do I secure a date?

* $200 deposit- This will cover the keys, utilities as well as a security deposit for your stay.

*Signed Rental Contract.

When is the rent due?

* The rent needs to be paid in full no later then 45 days in advance of the rental.

Are pets allowed?

* No, with no exceptions.

When will deposits be repaid?

* Deposits will be repaid 45 days after the end of the rental.
